About Johnnie Williamson's Blue Swamp
'Johnnie Williamson' is one of the great survivors from the 1970's Rock and Blues Scene.
His career has spanned over 5 decades.
From his years performing touring the World and recording with Norwegian Rock band 'Titanic', who’s single “Sultana" reached number 1 in 7 countries...to recording for CBS with 'Goliath'and Musidisc with 'The Skeleton Crew'
he performed for 10 years with Original 1960's Animals members John Steel, Mick Gallagher and the late great Dave Rowberry.
His performing credits have also included Steve Cropper, Spencer Davis, Zoot Money, Mick Green, Jerry Donahue and during his distinguished career also opened for Rory Gallagher, Robert Plant, Led Zeppelin, Yes, Deep Purple,Tony Joe White ,John Mayall, Jethero Tull, White Snake, Cream, Cat Stevens, Jools Holland, and many more. He currently works as a Manager, performer, song writer, and still regularly tours Europe and the UK with Blue Swamp and Creedence Clearwater Revived
