About EXIT 102
The story of The “Exit 102 Band, as follows:
In Early 2025, drummer (and former WWF wrestler) Craig Lospaluto decided to put together a band to pay homage to his hero, his late Brother Jeffrey Kinder. Jeff was the drummer of Jon Bon Jovi’s first band, known as “Atlantic City Expressway.” ACE was the epitome of a Jersey Shore rock ‘n’ roll band for this teenage musician from North Jersey.
After auditioning multiple guitar players Craig found his lead guitarist/Frontman Larry Adelman. Craig and Larry went on the hunt for more than great musicians… but great people/partners/band members. Craig said, “not only do they have to be exceptional musicians… but they have to be people I would have at my home for a barbecue.” Well, after months of auditions, all the members were in place, and “The Exit 102 Band” was born!
Why Exit 102 as a name? Because back in the day, Craig would travel to Asbury Park to see his brother and Jon Bon Jovi’s “Atlantic City Expressway” perform, and he would get off at exit 102 for Asbury Park. Need we say more? It took months of auditions but Craig and Larry finally found their perfect partners: Keith Gilberti on guitar, Tony Paccione as Co-Front Man/Sax+Percussion and vocals, bassist and song writer Steven St.Paul, and the young but extremely talented Charlie Ferrera on keyboards. Now with all the members in place after months of rehearsals to get the boys “gig ready,” it was time to introduce New Jersey to The Exit 102 Band! Craig and Larry made it their quest to take an unknown band of brothers and market them relentlessly!
Keith and Tony’s work behind the scenes in marketing us was invaluable! In-person visits to venues and potential business partners, and general word of mouth helped Craig and Larry set up over 20 Shows! Clubs, Festivals, Charity Events and more, in less than 6 months! Clubs and management companies have taken notice and now are requesting booking The Exit 102 Band. You should too!
Cruise down the Garden State Parkway, take exit 102 and you too will find yourself on a musical journey that leads straight to where the heart of the “Jersey Sound” was born. Where legends like Bruce Springsteen, Wilson Pickett, Southside Johnny, Jon Bon Jovi, Beaver Brown and others honed their craft in the vibrant clubs of Asbury Park. “The Fast Lane,” “The Saint,” “Wonder Bar” and “The Stone Pony.” These were the proving grounds for artists like these and more! “Exit 102” channels that spirit, taking you for a journey down the lively boardwalks of the Jersey Shore, recreating those legendary songs. Come spend an evening singing and dancing along to “Exit 102”... Who knows, they may just pull you up on stage, hand you a tambourine and make you part of the band… making your evening one you will never forget!
