A Tribute to Ian Fleming’s James Bond is a premium, fully produced concert experience celebrating over six decades of iconic James Bond theme music. The show stars international gold and platinum recording and performing artist Cynthia Fleming, delivering a powerful, elegant vocal performance at the heart of this immersive musical experience.
Presented under the direction of acclaimed conductor/arranger, the fabulous Tom Daugherty, License To Thrill features legendary Bond themes—from Goldfinger and Diamonds Are Forever to Skyfall—performed with a 17- or 23-piece orchestra, or expandable to a full symphony orchestra, depending on venue and programming needs.
The production will include a special guest appearance by gold and platinum recording artist and renowned international performer Elvis Aaron Presley, Jr., whose legacy appeal and worldwide performance experience complement the overall presentation.
Designed for performing arts centers, theaters, symphony halls, festivals, corporate events, and luxury venues, License To Thrill is built as a scalable, customizable concert experience. Optional enhancements can be tailored to fit audience, budget, and technical capabilities, including:

Cynthia Fleming is an international recording artist signed with Big Bear Creek Music, recipient of the 2022 Fairplay Indie Label of the Year. She was a 2024 Official Nominee at the Fairplay Country Music International Red Carpet Awards for Song of the Year – All Genre, Female and Christmas Original Song of the Year – All Genre, Female.
Since November 2022, Cynthia has earned extraordinary worldwide recognition, achieving 6 Platinum Records and 2 Gold Records through global internet radio airplay and DJ downloads along with a #1 hit on the Nashville Top 40 Indie Country Chart.
Cynthia also holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Intelligence Analysis. Orchestra Conductor: Tom Daugherty Pfrogner
Tom Daugherty Pfrogner “The Big Band Keeper of The Flame” Band Leader, trombonist, musical arranger, vocalist, and music educator, Tom Daugherty Pfrogner has been a music educator for thirty years. Tom has also been the musical director and driving force behind The Tom Daugherty Orchestra and has produced several recordings, television shows, and “live” radio broadcasts.
As a professional trombonist, Tom has performed with many outstanding groups including The Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, The Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra, and with jazz artists such as Urbie Green, Maynard Ferguson, and Dizzy Gillespie. He has been featured guest soloist with many university groups and has conducted The Air Force Band Of Flight for their Glenn Miller tribute concerts.
As a musical arranger, Tom specializes in “Big Band” transcriptions and has written over 1000 musical arrangements and transcriptions. Tom arranges music for many groups throughout the country and in Europe including: The Air Force Band Of Flight for all of their Glenn Miller Tribute Concerts, The Gene Krupa Orchestra, The Glenn Miller touring Orchestra, The Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, License To Thrill, and many symphony orchestras.
Tom Daugherty Pfrogner was featured in the new book Big Bands & Great Ballrooms by Jack Behrens. He is also the director of Centerville Pops! - The Centerville, Ohio and associate conductor for the University Of Dayton’s New Horizons Program. Tom has also been the conductor of The Glenn Miller Birthplace Society Festival Big Band.Recently Tom scored music for the independent film “The Rock Of Gibraltar”.
